- All competitors must keep to the designated areas and must not canter or gallop over the show ground.
- Please keep all areas clean and tidy, do not litter the field.
- Any person mounted must wear BHS approved riding hats with chin straps fastened.
- No liability can be accepted by the organisers or land owners for any loss, damage, accident or illness of horses/ponies, riders or vehicles, or to any person or property attending the showground.
- The judges decision will be final in all classes.
- No entry fees will be refunded.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel, amalgamate or alter the rotation of the classes.
- All ages refer to age on day of show, unless otherwise stated.
- All dogs must be kept on a lead.
- Any stallions must be suitably bitted and handled by an adult.
- No trainers to be worn whilst riding.
- Objections must be made within 20 minutes of the incident.
- We also ask that all competitors have their own insurance.
Health and Safety
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
Please remember, riding is a risk sport, and as with all animals, horses can be unpredictable. We, the organisers, hope that you enjoy your day with us and will return again in the future.
